Mata

Mata

Mercy is with a smile
from a mother that never sleeps -
like the steady beams that climb
through the night road, the motion
of her eyes lift her children.
And down we arise
at her feet, offering our head
on a tray of devotion
that her breath can blow our thoughts like sand
that grudgingly attempts to stick to the wind.

When you say "a mother that never sleeps" it goes perfectly with "the steady beams that climb through the night road". Definately brought me

a sense

of stillness.

It's
Beautiful.

"that her breath can blow our thoughts like sand.."

This shows how fleeting thoughts are...here, you also point to a pure feeling of Love & surrender. My Guru once said: "the other name for surrender is love."

om shanti om
you are a gift, my brother.
much Love
